Série "Aion"

The “Aion” video art series features animated interpretations of clocks by Alex Hamburger and Tchello d'Barros. The 2024 series, featuring new works, is centered on the concept of Aion, according to which we can think of clocks that question the supremacy of the present - an empty or perhaps too narrow receptacle - with a subdivision in a straight line whose ends never cease to distance themselves in the past and the future. It includes: “Agora é já” (32"), “Convergência v1” (24") and “Convergência v2” (27") by Tchello d’Barros and Fabio Bola; “A abolição do tempo” (1' 29") by Alex Hamburger and Fabio Bola; and “Relógio deformado” (42") by Fabio Bola.
